When people ask how long I’ve been a counselor, I usually chuckle and say, “all my life!”
I was always the one my friends came to with their heartaches, confusing dreams, and family problems. I thrive on figuring out what makes people tick and helping them restore a healthy rhythm.
As a clinical mental health counselor, I enjoy using a blend of theoretical approaches to create a unique counseling experience for each client. By exploring a holistic picture of health, we identify areas of need physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally, and begin to make sustainable change.
I’ve been married nearly 18 years and have three children ages 16, 13, and 10. I love being outside, hiking, running with my dog, or paddle boarding. The beach is my happy place and I visit as often as I can.
